Original Kon Tiki Film
Bølgen 3 kl. 14.15
The municipality of Larvik is now doing more to honour the name of Thor Heyerdahl. During the course of a three year project we will strengthen the ties between Thor Heyerdahls name and Larvik so that the town becomes known as his hometown both in Norway and around the world. We will create new attractions and experiences based on core values such as innovation, adventurousness and sincerity.
The Kon-Tiki museum is located on Bygdøy, a short distance from Oslo’s city centre. It opened it’s doors for the first time on the 15th of May 1950.
